Highly Emotive is a foot fetish creator that I’ve seen before.  She’s back, with a new name, I don’t get the fact that some of these creators change they’re names from time to time.  It’s just not cool with the creators for name recognition.  However she’s got really cute feet and she, herself ain’t that bad either, so if/when she ever gets a paywall, i’ll move her appropriately.
